Poor Service

<p>Hi there</p> <p>My car broke down and i had problems as to whom must fix my car is it the insurance or Kia. Only to found out that my car is still under warranty. Which i than took my car to Kia Somerset West on the 25th August. They inform me that they will only do the assesment on the Tuesday 30 August because they are fully booked. In the mean time i gog myself a rental via my insurance where i had to pay. So Tuesday come i phoned again to find out if they started on the car which they done the assesment. So now they know that my clutch and clutch cable need to be fix. So they called my husband to inform him that the cost will be R12 000.00. </p> <p>I contact them because they said it will be fix under warranty. As time goes i phoned again and ask Pierre if he received any request for warranty fix for my car he indicate no. </p> <p>Long story short i've been phoning as to how long my car will be because it is the only one car i have. They told me that the finally order the parts and it will be here on Monday 05 September. I than phoned Monday to find out if the parts came and they said no. On Tuesday than only the clutch came and not the cable. Than i only found out that i qualify for a rental via my warranty. </p> <p>Up on today i'm still waiting on my car. Their service is poor unexceptable. I've spoke to the branch manager to the Workshop manager and they just throw me around. Than after i had a break out they told me that they will arrange a car to accommadate Me only to get a call that they are unable to assist me to the fact that there are no cars and there is a process they need to do before they can issue a car so they wont be able to assist. </p> <p>My car is with Kia for two weeks and I'm so angry because they don't have customer service. </p> <p>I should not ask this question but is it because i'm a Female and i'm coloured because i feel if i was any other race they would have got the best service. </p> <p>And no one takes responsibility they just shift it around. All i want is my car to be fixed and don't want to deal with them any more i even told them i feel like crying because i live in Strand and work in Wynberg and have to pay people to transport me. </p> <p>My husband was rushed to hospital and i had to walk so i had enough and i feel people should know about them.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
