poor service

KIA fourways,, poor service .not sure if they do ***** or what? they cannot send me a quotation for service. there prices have escalated to the roof compared to order KIA dealer. spoke with service manager about my query.. he did not have much interested, transferred me to Samantha who says she has send me a quotation but did not receive it. their prices charging me R4700 for service, now that i was complaining , it went down to R3700.. and still waiting to see the quotation.
