Poor service

Im very dissapointed with kia motors in upington. 1st I bought a 2018 kia rio brand new on 20 April 2018.the car did have a scratch the so called manager Alwyn said I should bring it on thuesday and so I did well nothing has been done.On 26 april I took the vehicle back 4 the scratch repair and the garage loan me a car which didn't have any petrol in and I did put petrol in.they told me they can't reimburs me.It's the 10th of May stil no repairs done yet and I did paid for registration which was r700 myself.What can I do now because its poor service what wil my future be with kia motors if the purchase was ups and downs.Im sorry but Im sad that im away from VW SA they know their service n friendly.Kia must fall
