Poor Service

I called the parts department during the week last week twice to enquire about the vehicle parts I was quoted and told that they don't have any stock , i should come and pay for it and they will place an order for me .Saturday i went to pay for the brake pipe that i was quoted on and i was told to sent anyone on Monday afternoon to collect and he told my contact no and work email address , i didn't get any phone call on Monday and Tuesday on Wednesday been today i decided to make a follow up i was advised that the consultant that i deal with is on leave and that i was under charged & the part that i need it will take 3 months as the supplier doesn't have any stock of it .am so disappointed with the service or is because of a race i don't really understand who problem is it i was incorrectly billed and that the consultant that i deal with is on leave all i need is the brake pipe that i was quoted and pay for and the promise that i will get it after 48 hours, i need to fix my vehicle as i stay in Soweto and work in Pretoria .all i need is what i order no excuses, i was even given a receipt as the cashier was not in on Saturday i only have a speed point receipt.
