POOR SALESMANSHIP

<p>After responding to a vehicle advertised on the website, we were asked to submit an application to reserve the vehicle for us. After sending in the application with ALL supporting documents the very same day, signing a consent form for them to obtain bank statements on your behalf, we were STILL asked to send bank statements as well... Sent in the bank statements , asked for a update.. answered with complete silence , phoned the dealership enquiring about the vehicle from another salesman to be informed that the vehicle has in fact been sold. The salesman doesnt even take the time to let you know that the veicle has been sold. The service is just pathetic!!!!!!!!!! </p>
