Poor poor ridculous service

<p>Kia Kempton park is very ridiculous, the poorest service i ever expereinced. i have since decided i will pay off this Kia and buy something else that will give me better service. i have to fight with them everytime i take the car in for service just to drop me off at work, they dont drop blacks more tha n 15 km away but they drop whites ****her than that, talk about blatant ****** and arrogance. Took my car in again to replace head light and actuator, headlight never replaced, it took almost two months to get teh actuator. took it back for the headlight and guess what, i had to wait for the car, freezing for 2 and half hours. this is ridiculous, who do we report these people to, who will do anything about this? what unpalatable arrogance and disregard.</p>
