Poor, *********** Service at Kia - problem persists with more money from my side required to fix!

<p>I have taken my car to Kia Ermelo approximately 5 times for the same repair i.e. noisy brake pads within the last year. After the first suggestion from Kia Ermelo to replace the pads, I agreed and allowed them to change. I did not realise that I would be coming back frequently thereafter in attempt to resolve the problem. From last year (2015) up until the latest attempt to repair I have had no luck. Now, not only are my brakes noisy but I believe my discs are damaged as I experience severe vibrations whenever I brake. I have been told that I will need to pay for the discs - I distinctly remember the discs not being a problem until AFTER I took it to Kia Ermelo so I refuse to pay for something that was NOT CAUSED BY ME. To be clear the other damaged parts came after the many attempts to repair the pads, failing and then trying any other means necessary to repair consequently damaging these nearby components. My car was perfect before parts were replaced and I demand it be put back that way. I am not near Kia Ermelo anymore but closest to Kia Fourways, and would appreciate some ***istance to resolve the problem that your company started. I am now left with a car that I wish to sell due to the *********** staff that fails to resolve problem(s); a story which I have heard many times before by others who have now sold their Kia's. This is a big problem for Kia and it is *****ing the brand significantly.</p>
