POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM KIA SA!!!

Very disappointed in kIA SA. I havebought 5 Kia's Last SONET I bougjt end of 2024. Twice now i had to have it towed in as the reverse gear did not engage. Second time i told them i ecpect a new car as i will not allow my wife to be let down AGAIN, by a NEW KIA! It was only 5 months old! Kia SA refused to replace it with a new car, even though I bought BRAND NEW! I have to pay in R17200 to replace my dud new SONET with a new one, exact same model! Kia SA should have exchanged it at no cost because it was their fault! Very poor customer service from KIA SA! And, it took them 5 weeks to make a decision not to exchange!!!!
