Poor customer care service. Over a month and problem not solved
Kia pinetown has replaced a engine which was a wartantee claim. This was done early last year . They did not get clearance and update the logbook eventually when i took the vehicle for a police clearance i was advised my bakkie cannot be cleared or licenced due to the engine number not corresponding with the log book .on the 17 Dec 2019 i contacted Nashipi from Customer for assistance . She have never contacted me nor done anything about my issue .i have sent 2 email in january and had to make a fuss. It was a day back im told that she was on leave. The big question such a big enterprise like kia does not have a proper indrastructure for people to fill in when someone goes on leave . Does it mean business comes to an end until that employee comes back to work. Tomorow if i have a break down im going to be told sorry we was on leave . I dnt blame the smaller franchises if their head office is all messed up .
Today the 10 jan i finally get a letter from the dealer confirming engine change. What am i suppose to do with that letter ?. This was a wartantee claim and wartantee paid for the engine, why should i pay or try to get it cleared. Warrantee should have paid for everything .My vehicle is parked and un licenced for 2 month with panalties accumalating . Why should i pay it when the dealership stuff up. .
Im thinking about taking this matter to ombusman or going legal now. Maybe when i claim loss of business then they will learn to be prompt and get their house in order.
I never expected custlmer care to be so laid back and slacking . Maybe i should write an artical about my experience .
A letter will be sent to : 1. Newspapers 2.kia head quarters 3.motor consumer 4. Kia dealer principle pinetown 5. And our attorney to take this matter to the next level and highest a autorities .
I am seriously tired ,frustrated and loosing allot of money because of someone else negligence
