Poooorrrr service

Bought a car in 2019 August. Sunviser was broken and was told they will get me on via post. It is almost a year and I have to phone and they just say VW don't have part. Well I had to phone myself, vw told me they do have stock and I got a quote that I sent to them. I even suggested that they transfer the money into my account so that I can go buy it. But the ****** don't reply. I have ask to speak to the branch manager. He is forever in a meeting. Probably how to ***** more people. Iffy you are not a sales manager. You don't deserve to be called a manager.
