Please be careful of KIA Motors

On the 26th of October 2022 my Kia Sportage just broke down on me, called my insurance for towing and we towed the vehicle to KIA Bryanston, on Thursday 9am received a call from the service lady booking the vehicle in and that was it from them, no feedback on Thurs and Friday until I called them on Monday, spoke to a manager who promised to call me back and indeed he called back and said the vehicle has a gearbox problem and electronic unit and total Cost inc vat R324 000 and because there's things on the car that suggest the vehicle was in an accident before mind you no report was given or proof that the gearbox or the unit was ever tempered with and therefore the warranty will not cover and yes even today I don't have the reports and I must come pick the car, picked the car up and took it to a gearbox specialist company that they use and guess what NOTHING wrong with the 2 items quoted by KIA instead the problem was a switch which costed me including labor R5 000, my question is for 3 days KIA gave a wrong report because they didn't know what was wrong or that's how they rip customers off???? Guys please be careful of this dealership especially for those paying cash.
