PDC wear & tear!!

<p>I took my vehicle in to Kia Midrand, after my vehicle window wouldnt close, asked them to check my vehicle battery since the vehicle kept dying a few times. With all of these problems, my PDC fell inside the bumper and I asked them to attend to that out too...</p> <p>I took 3 weeks for the window to be sorted...something about a back order.!!</p> <p>The battery (wear & tear issue) was sorted out without any issues, however I was told that the PDC was caused by wear & tear, when I questioned if it's meant to fall inside the bumper I was informed no, and later informed it's accidental damage...please note my bumper has no dent.</p> <p>I went back to the dealer for fitting the window mechanism and was informed these things happen and there is nothing they can do about my PDC...</p> <p> </p>
