PATHETIC SERVICE FROM KIA AMANZIMTOTI.

Kia (AMANZIMTOTI), I recently bought a car with Kia in Toti and was assisted by (Mpendulo Mlima), very poor service was received from the guy I went to collect my car on the 17th Feb and it was not ready as they had to clean the car in front of me, mind you I confirmed with them on the 15th Feb 2024, that I was coming to collect my car on the 17th. my card registration dated 01 January 2024 but I collected my car on the 17 Feb 2024 no one explained to me why is that. each time I call this guy and cant get hold of him he does not get back to me or return my calls I had to call him several times but still no response, I am fed up of this guy and even wish I bought my car with a different dealer. on the 29th Feb 2024 I called him and he told me that I should come to collect my number plates of which I was initially told that my number plate will be delivered to me, and when I got there the number plates had scratches on it and one of his colleagues told me that this number plate has been there for a couple of days but still the guy did not call me just to let me know that my number plates were ready. and they told me that the cause of the scratches was because the number plates was taken and used by the incorrect client hence the client brought it back to them, I tried to call their manager 3 times but up until today I have not receive any response from them, I am still waiting for their call until today and I am still using the number plate that has scratches. Sales manager and Sales person are all ***********. I don't need anything from them its just that I am very disappointed in their service. I already bought my new number plates. they do not keep their promises.
