Pathetic service

After Kia Pinetown scratched our car and broke our mirror when our car was booked in for a minor repair! After complaining and fighting with this dealership! They finally said we must bring our car in for the scratch and mirror repair and promised us that this will be a 2day Job. Our car has been in from Monday , 14 February And today marks 7 days since our car was booked in. These people never update us on anything and when my husband calls them they make him feel stupid! We are not even given a courtesy car since they are so ***********! Their level of incompetence is on another level. I said this before and will say it again! Now this really feels personal! I wonder if people of other colours are treated like us!
