pathetic service

My husband called Kia umhlanga on Monday the 17/08/2015 to book my car in for a check. He was told that if the car is under warranty he will get a courtesy vehicle until the repair if any is done. This morning 20/08/2015 when he gets to kia umhlanga a guy by the name of Marlon tells him they do not give courtesy vehicle and that we would have to hire our own car. Firstly they would have given us correct information and secondly they put my husband in inconvenience because he had planned how to sort out his day knowing we weren't going to be stranded without a vehicle. Kia umhlanga is the worst car dealership in the country I fully regret buying a kia and would advise anyone not to get one if the service from kia is sucj.
