Pathetic KIA service!

Worst CAR dealership EVER!

I have a Kia Sonet 2022 model, 54000km on clock, left me stranded against the road.

As it was a Saturday, Kia would not assist, so had to make a plan myself. Booked the car in at Kia George, Western Cape on 22 of May, Clutch plate faulty, as well as sparkplug problems. NO PART IN STOCK, and refised to give me a loan car, had to drive away with an email, saying that they will order the parts.

12 working days (almost 3 weeks later), and tjey still did not fix my cad, problems are gettinf words, car dont have power, I am a signle mom that has to put my children's lives at stake, due to the incompanance of people, and KIA garage.

Very rude, and unhelpfull! Please do NOT BUY A KIA!!
