Pathetic

My dad recently put a deposit down for a car at Kia in Silverton and since then the sales person hasnt contacted us, he hasnt sent our finance papers through, we are not recieving the service we are supposed to be receiving and its absolutely pathetic, it's almost a week since we put the deposit down for the car and Kia hasnt made any contact my dad had to contact them yesterday to find out how far they are, it is unacceptable
