PATHEETIC SERVICE FROM KIA MOTORS NORTHCLIFF

I purchased a Brand New Kia Bakkie a Month and a Half a ago and still haven't gotten any Signed Document from them after asking and calling on numerous occasions. The bakkie was suppose to have the tracker installed but still isn't installed as yet. No phone calls from the branch, sales or financial manager. And they use the wrong bank account to debit the 1st instalment. This for me is pathetic service as I have bought more than half a dozen of vehicles from other dealerships previously and have not once gotten service like this. I wont suggest anyone buying or taking their vehicle's in to KIA NORTHCLIFF at all !!!
