PAINT PEELING AND MALFUNCTIONING WINDOWS

Hi, my Car of 18 months is peeling of the pain on the top part of the car and i have been going up and down with kia motus polokwane with no success,they referred me to nms panel be aters and they said it could be by by acid or break fluid from other Cars on the road but my confusion is why only on the top part and not the bonnet as well…. T he y then told me that they can not fix it and am aleays parking in garage even at work i park under Car port parking….. Now the front windows are also not functioning well and it forces me to always keep them closed…not getting any help from your dealership
