Painful purchase process, registered my new car in wrong name!
My car was registered in the wrong name, just making a simple purchase so painful and regrettable... A week after the bank approved the finance for a demo car at Kia The Glen, I still do not have the car.
The car was registered in the wrong name! and sure the bank will not pay of course.
If simple things could just be completed a purchase experience would be so much less painful...

04 Dec 2020, 18:52After talking to the manager Mike Salt, he agreed the fault and let me take the car. Thanks very much. Just sad one need to complain and things can not be resolved efficiently without all the delays.
