Over tighten of of wheel nuts

Kid fourways over tightend my wheel nuts... When I tried and replaced my tires the wheel nuts broke of... The Tyre company told me that it's from over tightening of wheelnuts. Who is going to pay for this?? Not the best service I got from Kia fourways anyway... Lack of communication and lack of service.. Now I find out they damaged my wheelnuts
