Outstanding Service Experience

I would just like to thank the staff at Kia Roodepoort, especially Karen, for going the extra mile to make sure my issues are sorted. I had a problem with my car and even though I stay just down the road from the dealership, I work quite a distance away, so it is a bit of an effort to arrange a lift for me to work. However, Karen arranged for my car to be seen to while I waited. It took about an hour for them to identify and sort out the problem and even had my car washed for me. This is my second Kia Sportage and I must say all the times I have been to Kia Roodepoort I have experienced great service. Well done to the team at Kia Roodepoort and please keep up the excellent service.
