Out of this world experience

<p>I would honestly like to compliment top management from Kia Kempton Park/Auto Pedigree for their excellent choices and appointments they make when it comes to employing staff.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would like to share our experience with you and all the potensial buyers on new and used vehicles.(Kia Kempton Park is the dealership you want to be ***ociated with - trust me ).</p> <p> </p> <p>Not to long ago our Kia Picanto went in to Auto Pedigree sisters company of Kia Kempton for a waranty issue.Well first we had to deal with the friendly experienced staff and one of the best workshop managers I dealt with - Pieter.</p> <p> </p> <p>They ***isted us by putting my wife in literaly a brand new courtesy vehicle while they resolved the issues around our vehicle.Shortly after that the vehicle was returned to my place of work where we noticed something else that was not attended to.Immediatly the vehicle was returned and the courtesy vehicle stayed ours to use.</p> <p> </p> <p>To my suprise I ve got a call from a " I dont mind getting involved and sort out your problem"dealer principal by the name of Craig and he ensured me everything will be ok an introduced me to Kyle after sales manager who will be ***isting me the way fourth.</p> <p> </p> <p>People after endless updates and courtesy calls from Kyle ( Well done what a gent ) we got to the afternoon of May the 10th around 16h00.</p> <p> </p> <p>My wife phoned me to advise me my daughter locked the key in the courtesy vehicle,and their is no way of getting it out.I immediatly phoned Kyle to see if I could make arrangements to get the spare key collected from him,I was totaly dumbstruck with his response when he asked me for my wifes cell number to arrange for the spare key to be dropped off by my house.A short while later the driver showed up with the wrong key an my wife said they can sort it out the following day.</p> <p> </p> <p>After making peace with the idea of waking up very early one morning because of only the one car my wife received a call from Kyle wherby he offered and presistantly offer their ***istanace by sorting it out tonight and you what THEY DID.Between Kyle an Pieter they came out of their way an from as far as Alberton,after hours to ***ist a client-common guys you dont get this kind of service anywhere.</p> <p> </p> <p>So once again Kia for employing guys like Craig,Kyle and Pieter with this kind of service I will pray that your sales figures climb to heaven an back - Kia these guys are worth gold hang on tight to them</p> <p> </p> <p>Kind Regards and warmest wishes</p> <p> </p> <p>Atterbury family</p>
