Once they have your money, you are on your own

I sent a complaint to Kia regarding my R700 000 3 year old Kia Sorento out the box buy, falling apart and on going issues with on the 11 July 2009, the reply I got was "We have escalated to dealer for feedback, we will revert back as soon as that feedback is received regarding the concern." this was a month and half ago. I have still not received any feedback, despite my follow up e mail on the 29th Aug. My partner and I and my company are all due for new cars in the next 2 years. Kia will not be stop i will ever make again. Your aftersales is really shocking.
