Not happy

Just bought my second Kia and Love the brand Alot This new Grand Sedona Sxl is Amazing

I must just add the product knowledge of Sales at Vanderbijlpark Kia is not good

I was asking for top model which I got but I was reading up so much on the international market and clearly lots of extras in not in SA available which I understand I just wish sales could break down to me what is not available in SA I don’t see the need to ask for every single thing when a customer ask for top spec they can tell you what is Not available

Anyway that was not such a big issue

I was looking between the Q7 Àudi and Grand Sedona

I was More drawn to Kia due to there service and maintenance etc

Audi offered R170 000 cash back and on that I ask Sales how much is Kia offering It was Said R20 000 and I said no that can’t be I was given a bigger offer there after of R40 000 when I then said I am sure they can do better Then the Sales person said okay they can offer me R60 000 but can’t go higher I then agreed on R60 000 and sign papers and was happy with the sale

Only to my shock or rather utter shock the day I pic up my Sedone she said they can only give R40 000 this is really not what I expected from Kia

Very very disappointed and I must also add I can’t leave it just here

I would like to know what Kia is going to do about this matter?
