Non payment of settlement and value

I purchased 2 vehicles on the 21 st December from Kia Wonderwaters from sales person Toy Rabie. I signed all of my papers the same day and due the purchase agreement a certain amount of money needed to be paid out to me.<br> Today is the 30th December. I've struggled to get my money out of them with the excuse that people that need to sign the cheque are on leave as well as that the settlement of my previous car hasn't happened - this in turn has meant that the next instalment of my car that was sold will happen on the 1st.WHY DO YOU SELL CARS IN DECEMBER IF NO ONE IS AVAILABLE TO DO FINANCE TRANSACTIONS AND WHO DOES CHEQUE'S IN TODAY'S LIFE.<br> <br> If the cheque comes eventually it will need to lay in the bank for another 7 days to clear - Kia sitting with my money for 21 days.<br> <br> In addition to this there is a rattle in the dashboard that hasn't been sorted after the first visit to the workshop. I have been given a loan car and my car have been taken in - thanks to Raymond for organising this.<br> <br> My complaint isn't against the sales person Toy Rabie - it's against the branch it self because it seems no transactions can be done during December as no one from management is there to do transactio
