NOISES ON MY VEHICLE THAT WERENT THERE BEFORE

My vehicle had a problem with the clutch after it was replaced on 45000KMS. The new clutch only did 5000KMS. I took my vehicle to have it replaced and once that was done there were noises on the vehicle. I contact the branch and spoke to Saleem who tells me that the noises are normal. I have had my vehicle for 3 years and that noise was never there before. I told him to double check the bearings on the vehicle and re-assured me that the bearings are not the problem. Today my wife take the vehicle to them and they tell me that the vehicle is damaged underneath and that the noises are caused by that. I really think that they are pushing the blame onto me because they dont want to fix my vehicle. I have really lost all hope in KIA. Its unacceptable and from My Point of view you have just lost a valuable client.
