No Tracker Refund- Poor Service

I traded my car at Kia Wonderwaters and i still was on contract with Beame tracker. I was promised a refund but it would be paid by the dealer as Beame transferred the funds through them.

I have been contacted Masego and Pieter and they read my emails, with no correspondence.

they rep**** after a week and said the bookkeeper is busy with documentation. and since them i have been making a follow up with no response from both
