NO SERVICE KIA SILVERTON.

I have bought a Sportage with reg nr CY55VF GP from the above mentioned branch last year (2014) Till today I have not received a copy of the registration papers or a new vehicle license. As the original license that KIA SA took out when they used the car as a demo has expired at end of Feb 2015, I phoned the branch to enquire about the license the were supposed to take out, since they charge a licensing fee etc. I was told they would get back to me. This did not happen. I am situated in Matatiele in the EC, so I arranged with my mother to drive to the branch in order to get the matter sorted out. Again after lots of promises nothing happened. On Monday 3 March 2015 I was informed by Kia that my car has never gone through a testing centre and that this needs to be done before a license can be issued. (I am now driving an unlicensed vehicle). I was told to bring the car in so they can send it to a testing centre. As mentioned earlier I am situated in Matatiele, so to take a 10 hour relaxing drive to Pretoria, so that someone can do the work that I paid them 7months ago to do, was not an option, I wa then phoned back and told to take the car through to Durban as it is only a 4 hour dr
