No service for Kia owners outside the metro!

I bought my Kia Rio Sedan at the end of 2014 and enjoyed the ne car very much. I got great service from Kia Tygervalley and the service from from the Kia Service Centre in Stikland was absoluty satisefactory.

I recently moved to Swellendam though and found it extremly difficult to keep up my perfect service record because no Kia Service Centre is open on a weekend. Being a teacher it is impossible to take a day off from work to drive the more than 160km to the nearest Kia service Centre.

On contacting the Stikland Service Centre to try and find a resolution, empty promises of service managers that wil phone me back happened over a two week period on three different occations.

I am desperatly trying to reach someone who is able to make an exception and service my vehicle that is stil under warenty. I was hoping to get some kind of help or support this weekend because I am heading to Cape Town for family responsibilities. But long periodes of keeping the line and listening to voice prompts promising that Kia cares and wants to help me, led to empty promises of managers that wil phone me back but they never do!

Is this the message your sending to people living outside the metro? “If you don’t live close to the metro and can’t take off from work to service tour Kia, dont ever buy a Kia again, the don’t care at all! ESPECIALLY NOT THE KIA SERVICE CENTER IN STIKLAND!

I wil never tell my friends about how satisfied I am with my Kia again! No, I would rather take to social media and warn people not to by a Kia ‘cause they take your money and that’s it...you’re on your own! Never mind the warenty!

SO DISSAPOINTED!
