No Refund/Response

<p>I bought a kia Rio at Kia Virtual and they were running the 1 year's free insurance special. I had inially requested that this be paid to my insurance in advance but was informed that the refund (R15000) would be transfered to my personal account, this was in January. I sent through all the documents required for the refund and was informed that the refund would be done in about 3 days. I've been waiting since then and it's the end of another month now, I am paying for insurance personally. Kia virtual is not responding to my emails when I request feedback or the status of the refund!</p>
