Ño numberplates

<p>I have bought a kia from kia weltenvreden park in Johannesburg and have been waiting for 3months to get my number plates. Now I also drive without a valid permit .I have been promised over and over that I will the plates but so far Nothing. I have been at the premises 10 or more times. Promises were made and never kept. I HAVE ALSO EMAILED KIA HEAD OFFICE....? Noting has yet been done. Please help me with advice </p>
