No Help From Kia

My Wife perched a Kia Rio Augustus 2014 Brand new. At 11000 km the car had a humming noise at the back and a creaking noise. When you Ride with the car your head moves from side to side which is not normal for a new car. The car is unstable on any road surface. When the car went for it first service at the kia glen we reported the problem to them. My wife went to collect and they told her the problem is sorted out. After another 2000km the car started to do the same so we called kia glen and they said there is nothing wrong with the car. Very frustrated we waited for the 30000km service so we can take it to the new kia dealers in Nigel. Nigel kia was very helpful and they send in a claim to the warranty for new shocks and tyres the 10 of June. A week later i had to take the car back for more tests the the warranty department wanted. They wanted what they call a bounce test. The lady at Kia then phoned about 15 place to do this test and no one could help her. She then told me she will send Kia HQ a email and ask them what to do. From that time up to date i have had no reply from Kia at all.<br> Its not safe for my wif to ride the Car.
