No feedback and damage to vehicle

Bakkie taken in for 40 000km service on 13/11/2015. Upon collection bakkie made an noise and driver stopped when bakkie cut out. Kia was contacted and upon arrival it was found that engine did not have sufficient oil in. Kia rep returned to workshop and returned with oil but bakkie refused to start and was then towed back to workshop. Kia advised that engine will be opened up to assess damage. Samantha advised that if fault was on Kia's side they will bear the costs. We phoned on 16/11/2015 for feedback and was told that the workshop manager is sick and will be back on 17/11/2015. We again had to phone on 17/11/2015 for feedback and was told that they are busy with the bakkie and will contact us. Samantha advised that bearings had seized due to a faulty oil pump. They were in the process to remove the top to provide feedback. We again this morning. The bakkie went in for a service and did not have any problems. We have to phone every time but although promises were made not once was an effort made to provide feedback.
