No delivery

I bought 2700 Workhorse with Kia Edenvale, the deal was finalized on the 2nd Dec 2017. The bakkie was taken for fitment on the 29th November 2017. I was expecting the car to be ready for collection / delivered on Tuesday the 6 Nov. when I called on Thursday the vehicle was still parked on their premises waiting for some canopy to be fitted. I spoke to sales rep and explained to him how urgently I wanted the vehicle, He then promised to speak to his manager and get back to me, He didn't return that call until I called on Friday 8th Dec, is where He referred me to his manager Mr. Pieter Jacobs who claims He was not aware of the arrangements made by Frank but couldn't assist me either since the bakkie was still standing in their yard since they waiting the canopy sale to go through in Vaal but that was not what I was promised from point of sales. I tried to explained to him how much I am loosing in hiring out vehicles to carry out deliveries while I bought the vehicle with them. He seems like He doesn't care since there is nothing He could do. Why must I wait for so long for my bakkie? they are not calling me I must now do all the hiring and all the calling on follow ups? why must they buy canopy in the Vaal while there are lots of Kia Accredited Canopies around Joburg?
