Never take your car to kia boksburg!!!EVER!!!

i took my car for a scheduled service, telling the mechanic the fog lights were faulty.. i get my car back later that day to find the light still has notbeen fixed yet is covered under maintenenceplan took car back again few days later and get told its a quick job itll take 5 mins...4 1/2 hours later my car wash in the wash bay and the light still hadnt been checked.. i asked why? dumari told me she had to contact liquid cand had to wait 10 minutes (not 4 hours)!!!!! i then got told they trying to find the correct bulb as seems to be an odd fit so get taken to see the Car as was told it was outside when it wasn t so went in to service warehouse and here they are working on the wrong cars light bulbs!!!!!! i asked do they not get specific details of each car of a job card so how can they be on they wrong car!!!! after being sworn at by the technician i had it and took my car and left...the technician tried blamming the lady Dumari for giving him the wrong keys yet he had the job card with ALL the cars details om how can he mix up...BUNCH OF CLOWNS!!!1
