Never buy a car at Kia motors Louis tritchard

I bought a car at Kia Motors Louis Tritchard on December 2021,The sales person who helped me is Elvis,The car is Renault clio it didnt have book service history the sales person says the car has been serviced very well and he has a service history bool he will give me the book when he gives me the spare key,fine he gave me the spare key without a service history book,3 weeks back the car started giving me problems it will stuck in the middle of the road,i took the car to Louis Trichard Kia motors for 2 days still they didnt fix the car,i called the sales person that you didnt fix the car he said we fixed it he said i must bring it they will take it to Polokwane renault they took it the on the 07 of may and i was communicating with renault service department to ask them how far they are with fixing the car they said they still waiting for service history book the dealer been saying they still waiting for a service history book from previous owner until 14 of may when the dealer didnt get the boom and requested for a quatation,today the dealer got the quation and the sales person elvis called me now claiming that the car will be fixed by renault polokwane and he will check it again in louis tritchard,he didnt know im am contacting renault polokwane,he was lying,when i told him renult people told me that you taking a car without being fixed now he changed the story that the car is going to be fixed at BP garage by someone who is working at renault,that car is not in a good condition the price was 189 000 but the car is very bad,the sales person told me the quarntee is until august and when he take a car to polokwane he said car will be fixed for free he even showed my brother a book yes renault polokwane said if true but they need service history
