Never a Kia Again!
In May 2013 after seeing a Tv ad of the new Optima which advertised it being inclusive of all extras decided to buy one. When during the test drive I asked about the radio I was told to look at the hand book as it did so many things.
When I came to sign the papers i noticed an extra charge of R10000 for the Sunroof. When I complained that it was advertised as inclusive I was told I could cancel the deal. When i asked for the car without it, i was told it only came with one. I soon found out the radio was not the one in the handbook and t did nothing that it advertised.
I also noticed a patch on the bonnet which was faulty. I was told to bring the car for the first service and they would attend to it.It would take up to a week, and i asked for a courtesy car. I was told they would have one for the next service. That never happened. After a few months the sensors at the back packed up and they had to order parts. It took 3 months! They have packed up again and they now claim i hit something although there is no dent or scratch. A small plate on the side of the car came off and they will not replace it again saying I hit something. Quoted R1750 to repair both.Much much more complaints!
