My vehicle was taken in for a service and 3 months later my brake pads are completely finished to the point of the metal piece of the pad touching the disk. I find it unbelievable that fter the service the technician did not have the decency to tell me that the pads were nearing their expiration date. This time of the year is normally when my family and I go on long holiday trips with the car, had I been away I would have been stranded. I am extremely disappointed. I also admonish Kia for not being able to pay and retain competent staff who do service to they jobs, the previous technician would let me know what I should be aware of, not this time. Poor overall service
