My cash Back is not in my account

I bought a car at kia hatfeild on Thursday I was guaranteed a 5000 cash back which was all in black and white my sales guy did all he could and now poor guy told me that their head office handles all the payments it's been over 5 days since I am waiting I feel ****** and ******* I will tell you that who is fooling who
