motor service

I would like to lay a compliant with Kia motors as they don't want to do the service for my vehicle which is paid for with the motor plan. This is a new vehicle which I purchased in 2013 and I took the vehicle for service to kia alberton for the 1st service and it was done with done even when I over the kilometers and now they want me to pay R1968.00 for my car to get service. I am currently not happy with this and want this to be sorted.
