Motor Failure 2

After my vehicle was at KIA The Glen on a number of occlusions, It broke down again on the 12/10/2015 and was then towed in to KIA Germinston. The result of the breakdown yet again was water related. The Heater Radiator had burst because of overheating. I informed the dealership that the car is overheating and the heater radiator must be leaking or have burst. They attended to the situation and submitted the claim to SA Warranty and they came back and advised me that it is not covered, due to a non covered component. My issue of this complaint is that I told the above mentioned dealers of the problem and they did not listen to me. I suggested to them to by pass the heater radiator and check if the car is overheating, as I now it was overheating. They did the above mentioned and told me that the car is fine and not overheating. On my arrival to the dealership, I asked them can they give me a guarantee that it is not overheating and their answer was no, as they did not replace the heater radiator,I then requested a pressure test and they could not do it, where i had to get it done myself. The car is still standing at KIA and they refuse to acknowledge all the facts. Proof on Jobcards
