Motor Failuer

I took my vehicle in for a water leak problem at KIA The Glen and spoke to Eugene, who attended to my vehicle problem. The vehicle went in for a water leak 3 times, after they said that they solved the problem and this was not the case. The water was blowing passed the overflow pipe by the expansion bottle, where on the third time they said the problem was resolved, where to my knowledge on the 04th time, i noticed that the pipe by the heater inlet had burst and the expansion bottle inner pipe was removed. The cause of this is clear why that pipe had burst, as there was clearly an overheating problem. On the 4th time, when it went in for the pipe that burst, I told them that there must be an overheating problem. They insured me that it was not the case and just replaced the heater inlet pipe. I asked them where the inner pipe of the filler bottle is and Eugene's mechanic informed me that they removed the inner pipe of the filler bottle as it is a common problem. The car's result of their workmanship caused the vehicle to overheat and break down. I disputed this with them and they do not want to acknowledge their fault. This caused me to loss all my income, as I cant work.
