Mistreatment & ****** behaviour

Kia Motors Alberton KIA Motors South Africa Hello Kia motors SA maybe you are my last resort of not then i will take it all the way to Korea,we have never been mistreated like this in our lives by Afrikaans man of Kia Alberton namely 'Mako' and the other chap from service department, we took delivery of the car on the 24th of may and excitedly my wife we driving home to Vosloorus & when got home the radio stopped playing and we realised we didnt even get the manual book and service book, i aske dher to take the car in on monday & she did but when she got there they told her she needs to book it in on tuesday & she did at 7am & they gave her the books unapologetiacally she says then she was taken to work while they check the car, at 13:50pm they phoned her that it's a manufactors fault she must come fetch it while they claim it via warranty so she asked them how can she come there while the car is with them,to the shock of her they just said we will wait for you until 17:30 if you want your car,so she called me & indeed i asked to skip work to take her to alberton, when we got the the sales man Nabeel was not there but Mako was there who's Nabeel's manager he said i told him my dissatisfaction & he was responding to me while still typing on his computer with no regard of me whatsover so i asked him to please pay attention to me & he told me it's not his fault so along with his colleague he took me to service department where my wife's car was, when we got there he started speaking afrikaans with the manager of service department hoping we wont hear & the shocking response from the service manager was shockingly 'Dis nie my skuld nie maar Kia's' which i know very well it means it's not my fault but Kia's, so i said to him when they were done you are with a white afrikaans male and just gave him his car he was very happy yet with us you saying it's not your fault my wife had to drag me from work to bring her here how did you expect her to come here and he told me they dont have afternoon delivery so i ask him why did'nt you you tel her to wait rather for the car & yeah the story is endless, so coming to the car this morning she was driving with me and we had two beeping sounds we dont know what are they for as the cluster did not show any signs, later when i check the car's temperature is above H way beyond red like it's overheating,and the Revolution per minute start's at 1 instead of 0 even when you just turn the engine on & to me that's seems wrong,please advice her number is her name is Ntombizodwa Nkuta
