misleading, *********** be aware when buying

I took my car for a service, just a service - nothing wrong...when car came back from service, it had endless issues - main issue: gears were not engaging. Took the vehicle back, they fixed it...about 5 weeks later, same issue - booked my vehicle in: they had my car for almost a week...when the car came back, there was an oil leakage...took it back, they apologised and assured me that it was fixed - car still leaking oil, seems like brake fluid! Booked the vehicle in for yet another week, they have my car now for 4 days - have borrowed me a vehicle and wants it back today...in the interim, they still have not provided feedback on my vehicle with regards to what the issue is or by when I will have it back. When I asked how can I return their vehicle when my car is not ready yet as the agreement by head office was that they will loan me a vehicle, I was informed they're arranging car hire and I would have to pay R1,500.00 today - note: my vehicle is under warranty. They're not considering the fact that they already had my 3 chances to fix my car and all the inconvenience - now, they're just treating me like **** This will happen to you too when you buy from them, take note
