Our business trades in a tata and purchased a new kia k2700 in march 2021. Financed through mfc Zuko cabe From kia pinetown. Beginning of April the kia was ******.. Our insurance has paid to mfc to retail value and due to the prior tradein we have a shortfall of 117k! WE WERE NOT ASKED OR TOLD ABOUT TAKING THE SHORTFALL COVER AT THE DEALER. NOW FITH THE 117K SHORTFALL WE ARE LIABLE FOR. WHO THE HECK IS GOING TO PAY THIS SHORTFALL. WHEN WE CONFRONTED ZUKO AT THE DEALER ALL HE SAYS IS HE IS SORRY *** CAN DNYONE HELP US
