****med R35 000 and never received Pare Keys From KIA/FORD Makhado

I was ****med and ****** by Kia and Ford Makhado on the 20/02/2023 an amount of R35 000. I bought a Used 2013 Ford Ranger 2.2TDCI S/Cab XLS 6mt 4x2 Race red, the vehicle was valued at R150 000 and I agreed to purchase it. At the time when I made the payment there was loadshedding and the generator at the Dealer was not functioning, the sales person (Mr. Piet Chauke) said to me I should go and he will sent me the receipt when electricity is back. After I left the Dealer the sales person called me after 35 minutes to come and sort out something, when I arrived he told me the Vehicle was sold to someone else then offered to give my money back, I refused the money and I demanded to speak to the Manager. The Manager told me a different story saying to me the price of the has changed to R185 000. I told him it was impossible to increase the price while I already paid for the Vehicle, but he just said its either I take it or leave it. I decided to pay the extra R35 000 even though I could see that I was being ****** because I had already made other commitments as I had already purchased the Vehicle and I had important deliveries to make. I have proof of both transactions from my account and there's 3 hours difference to proof what I am saying. I tried to get my money back without any luck because when electricity came back they captured the Vehicle as R185 000 and all the documents that they have given me says the vehicle is R185 000. They don't want to give me my R35 000 back and even today I have been asking the Dealer to give me my SPARE KEYS but they are sending from pillar to post. I do not have a SPARE KEY for my Bakkie and I'm also ****med R35 000. That's the experience and service I got from KIA and Ford Makhado, very terrible.
