made to buy a damaged car

I bought my car late last year at kia Edenvale as i was pregnant and needed to get around with my new baby. I then saw an advert, from kia edenvale about a second hand Renault Sandero for the price range i was looking for.

After calling and speaking to Herbet their second had car salesman i bought this car, to my happiness. But ever since buying that car i have had to deal with so many issues with this car and have had to deal with appalling service from herbert and the branch.

Firstly, when i got the car i realised that the break pads were FINISHED! i couldn't brake if i was going down a hill, then due to the rainy weather found out that the wipers didn't work...while stuck in the rain! pregnant! and oh that windscreen also had a huge chip that they promised to fix.

After encountering these many problems i decided to ask them for the 101 report to check how this car passed the roadworthy test as it had so many issues. They couldn't give it to me and after a lot of fighting, they told me it wasn't done and i had to bring my car in for the test to be done, after they had sold it to me! they took the car for the test and it FAILED it! now how do you as a dealership sell a car that failed the road worthy test???

Just recently i am driving down the highway and the bumper falls!!!! in peak traffic. i then have to take this car to get looked at my cost too...and i'm told by the technician that this car was involved in a major head on collision and most of the parts in the front were never fixed properly!

If i wanted a car that was involved in an accident i would have went to a s**** yard! not a reputable dealer(so i thought)

i am going to take this further legally with this stupid company and they are not interested in anything i say or assisting me. They promise to call and never call. I am left with 6 years on this car that broke down in one month. Im also going to lay a complaint with the motor industry ombudsman!
