Losing customers threw disappointing times

Threw time IV been using Kia Services were IV only ever had one OK service experience.. Which was suppressingly my fisrt one when I got the car... Anyway IV used their dealerships service departments on more than one occasion.. With great disappointment every single time.. Anyway I can go on ranting and raving.. But Kia you need to up your service and customer service principles as I actually woke up this morning not even wanting to take my car in for its service as I'm getting tired of being disappointed, now that's ? sad.. This is my last time using or recommending Kia service
