**** to me

Hi,<br> <br> I serviced my wife's car in January 2016 at Kia Centurion.<br> The admin lady called me to inform me that my breaks pads is finish(2 mm) and I had to pay R2900.<br> I said to the lady that I replaced my breaks in December 2015 but she told me that's what the service department told her and it needs to be replace.<br> I said to her that they could carry on as I didn't want delays but in the back of my head I was so confuse and made myself ready to complaint to Tyres and More as they were the company that replaced my break pads.<br> When I went to go fetch the car in the afternoon, I paid for the replacing of the break pads and demanded the old break pads.<br> Just to find out that the break pads is still 8 mm, I went to back the next day to query this and front desk lady ask the workshop supervisor to come.<br> He explain to me that he had to change the break pads as he had to skeem the discs of the car.<br> This just realy feel to me that it was just to make money out of me as what will I do with this breaks that are still fine and can be used for at least 10 months.<br> I feel they should give my money back as I was misled and feel ******.<br> <br>
